A lot of lawyers just see walking dollar signs when taking on a case. Skly Law is a personal injury law firm that carries a strong purpose to find justice for those who cannot get back what they lost.
The owner of Skly Law was still transitioning to his own practice. In working at a separate law firm for 20 years, all the cases he took on were through his previous law firm. In this, he could not show previous case studies or use testimonials to establish credibility.
Create a professional website, that demonstrates competency and
authority, without using testimonials or case studies.
The color choice for the logo was designed to give off a sense of security.
The ring around the to represent unity and commitment. We designed
initials in a unique way to give off professionalism.
Segoe is a typeface, or family of fonts, that is best
known for its use by Microsoft. The company uses
Segoe in its online and printed marketing materials,
including recent logos for a number of products. Since
widely seen, it gives off a sense of familiarity and trust.
In order to craft a professional and credible website, we staged a photo shoot in the client’s home. Our photographer’s objective was to capture the clients relaxed and personable character. This allowed us to further create familiarity and trust to any potential client viewing his website.
Visit ten law firm websites and you almost would not be able to tell them apart, aside from the slightly differentiated logo and the navigation. Same short home page, bland design direction and boring messaging. We knew we had to take a different approach in order to set Skly Law above the rest, without testimonials or case studies. So our lead designer and developer set to work. What we delivered was an approachable, yet highly professional web presence that appeals to Skly Law’s personal inury client base.
